    Avatar and alias not saving

    My son is trying to change his avatar, skin and alias but everytime he does it will always revert back to his original one. Even if it saves after he exits it will always change back when he goes to play a song. How do we fix this?

    Cheers for sending this in, the devs are currently investigating this specific issue. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA on a fix just yet, but I'll keep an eye out for any updates and will try to get back to you here!

    i have the same issue with my switch here, the changes are not saved. i tried to delete the old one and create a new one, but the old one still come out and the new one is gone.

    My dancer card changes also not saving (nintendo switch)

    I'm facing same issue as well, i tried so many times to change active dancer card but it always revert to original again.

    Hi,

    I did disconnect the internet and did all avatar changes. It works while offline for sure.

    However once I made the system online and open justdance2020 game, it get overwritten again by online synch.
    It seems the account linkage from nintendo to ubisoft is pretty broken, could be only for justdance2020 i don't know.
    I attached another weird thing which my statistic shown in ubisoft account where my justdance2020 game statistic all shown as zero which is impossible.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering issue.

    The team are actively investigating it, but thank you for letting us know that it works offline.

    The club can show incorrect information if there has been an issue synchronizing the data.
