It absurd that he has high speed, high damage chain heavies with HA and can throw too many of them because its low stamina cost.

It's actually kinda easy to interrupt his chain, it's an infinite of either H, L. or L, H. Also if the heavy comes from the top it ends his chain and becomes an unblockable. It'll take some getting use to, but he's predictable after you've learned his kit. Try the Tactics training for him to get a better sense of the timing of his attacks.
