    Far Cry Primal Standard Edition I'm getting an error

    Hello, I have Far Cry Primal Standard Edition on Steam and uPlay platforms, but before that it was not active on my uPlay then it was transferred. I thought I was going to enter the game perfectly, but this time, "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product. Please contact customer support if you need help in solving this problem." I received the error. I was using player support, but there was a very late reply, so I had to write to the forum. Can you help me with this issue? Thank you!

    I would suggest first verifying your game.

    If this doesn't resolve your issue, this means that your game is binded to another Ubisoft Account. You can try recalling the correct account you used to access the game. However, if you have forgotten. We can look into this further for you. Please create a ticket here. Feel free to let us know your ticket number as well.

    Hello! I made your suggestion but I am not solved.

    When I bought the game, I hadn't installed it on my computer yet. Later, my account was stolen, I managed to get it back and I asked for a game transfer.
