Hi, I bought division 2 for my friend, I used his email and password to log in on his uplay account on my computer and I used my credit card to buy game for him. Problem is that he do not have game on his account after purchase and when I log back to my account and check my orders it says that I bought game on my account even if I was logged in on his account. I already have division 2 on my account which I was bought around a week ago. I have all necessary info about my purchases and what I want is to get a key for the game so I can give it to my friend.

I already had a game on my account before I purchased another one for my friend. That second purchase was done when I was logged on his account so I dunno how in a gods name your uplay app has registered that purchase was made on my account.
I already opened support ticket the number is 10599677. They agreed to transfer that additional game to my friend account but they did not done that yet. I'm still waiting for reply from support about that transfer completion.
Is there anybody alive in your support section for **** sake, entire week has passed and there is still no response about my issue. You were fast enough to take my money and
you f*** up my purchase so you basically saying to me f*** you. Do I need to consult a lawyer about you stealing my money because that is exactly what you did, I paid you for a product which you still didn't delivered??
