    Authentication

    I am having troubles playing Rainbow Six siege, no idea why because I was playing fine yesterday. Though it is unable to authenticate ownership of the product. I bought the product from steam if that helps. Are there any suggestions to be able authenticate ownership?

    This issue usually occurs when you're logging into different Steam/Uplay accounts.

    Please ensure you're logging into the correct combination of accounts that Rainbow Six Siege is linked with.

    Same problem ..

    I'm having the same problem, where trying to play ANY Ubisoft game, from/through Steam, gives me this message:

    "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product. Please contact customer support if you need help in solving this problem."

    I saw what you said about having logged into different accounts... That's not the case with me... For example, I was able to play "Agos" for a couple hours one night, and the next day the "Ubisoft Connect" app failed me, with that above message... I tried MANY things, but can't get it to allow me to play ANY of my Steam-bought Ubisoft games!!

    So, how do I fix THAT??
