    High ping since the last update

    We in United Arab Emirates have high ping in WJA server so we cant change the server since the last update and we want WEU server this server is the lowest ping we can get

    Its same i don't know why is giving us WJA server we are in the middle east should be any europe server this problem not only with me its for all who are in UAE.

    Your router will connect you to the data centre it believes to best for your connection.

    Have you tried restarting your router? That resolved a lot of connectivity issues.

    If the issue remains after performing these steps, please create a support ticket with the following -

    - An image of your port forwarding configuration
    - An image of your DMZ section
    - An image of your PS4 / XB1 connectivity status section
