Hey there!
Please try the following workarounds to see if the issue persists after doing so:
Workaround I:
Please locate the file GamerProfile.xml on your computer, by default it should be found here:
C:\Users\[your username]\Documents\My Games\Far Cry Primal
Once found, delete the file, and relaunch your copy of Far Cry Primal
Workaround II:
If you cannot locate the file, I would like for you to Verify the Game Cache. In order to verify the integrity of the game cache in Uplay, we recommend running Uplay as an administrator before doing so.
Verify files - Uplay / Steam
Important: One or more files may fail to verify. This is normal for most Uplay games. The files that fail to verify are local configuration files that should not be replaced as part of this process. You can safely ignore this message.
Warning: Do not run the verification process while performing other system-intensive processes, such as defragmenting your hard drive or scanning for viruses. Do not run this process for multiple games at the same time.
Workaround III:
I recommend that you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game completely.
Please backup all of your Uplay saves. These saves should be located at the following location:
Uplay PC: C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Far Cry Primal\Saved> Games
Steam PC: C:\Users\%username%\Documents\My Games\Far Cry Primal\Saved> Games?
Copy that entire folder to your Desktop.
You will now want to uninstall the game, preferably using the Add/Remove Programs tool in your Control Panel.
After reinstalling the game, launch it to ensure that all initial configuration files are created. You will then want to close the game, and place your backup save files into the same folder you retrieved from above.
Please let me know if you have any further issues but I am confident one of these steps should resolve the issue for you!
