This issue is still happening after the latest update.

So I guess this issue is just going to be a thing? It's been over 3 weeks since my last post and it seems like support has basically given up. Honestly, it seems like you guys really don't care about whether or not the game is working correctly.

I do apologise for the late response to your posts.

Due to the high volume of contacts we received in the previous months it took us longer than usual to respond, and as your previous response was from April your post will have been on another page. However as you have replied again it has bumped it to the most recent posts.

Regarding the issues you have mentioned I will pass your feedback on to the Trials Rising team. For the player position issue, could you please provide a video of this.

Sorry for the late response. Thank you for passing that on to the team. Unfortunately, both of the issues are still occurring. I'm still getting stuck with a number of repeating tracks in mp and the player position thing is still happening. I'll update this post later on with pics or a vid of the player position thing.

    Thanks for the update, Frqnt4ager.

Please send us a video showing the player positions issue when you can.

I understand that it would not be ideal to send us a video showing the repeating tracks issue. If possible, would you be able to send us some images instead? If you could take an image with a time stamp, this would help to see that you got the same tracks over and over again in different sessions.

As you are playing on Switch, I recommend the best way to do this is to take a screenshot using the "Capture" button. Once you have collected your images, go to your Album and record a video, showing these images as well as their time stamps (you can view the time stamps by clicking "A"). I understand that this could take you some time, but it would help us to have a better understanding of the issue you're encountering.

    Thanks!
