I never liked the gender-based heroes either, players should simply be able to choose their own gender, instead of having female-only heroes that some players wouldn't even want to use. There are some male players who enjoy running around in female bodies, but not all guys are like that-- nor should we have to be.

I stopped playing For Honor after the Shinobi was nerfed into the ground, but I might have continued playing if there were more male options that I could switch to, instead of Shaman and Peacekeeper being "female-only" for absolutely no good reason; it's not like they're based on historical accuracy either. I prefer fast and athletic heroes, but there are not many male heroes which fit that criteria which is why I played Shinobi in the first place. Prior to Shinobi, I was an Orochi main but that hero is garbage nowadays as well.

So I have no reason to play the game anymore because the agile heroes that I like are either too weak to be viable (Shinobi) or they are locked into female-only appearances that I would never choose (Shaman, Peacekeeper).
