For 3 days straight i have been getting error [6-0x00001000] on xbox, cant play quick match, newcomer, unranked or Terrorist Hunt (only Lone Wolf works). Wtf is with this ****.
And Ubi dont bother posting your copy pasta solutions as i have tried it all before.

After 4 days I got it working, seems there is a problem with your account linking.. i have to unlink my Xbox account when i want to play, then re-link it when im in the game. I have to do this EVERY TIME i want to play, and sometimes it only works for so long before i have to do it again.
