    I have created a ticket and it has been in progress for two days and the problem is still not fixed i know they are fixing other things i was just wonder how long you guys have had to wait because i have been waiting four days and i have seen people saying it took them a whole mounth

    Hello Ubisoft/Uplay/whoever...

    I spend 50 euro that I don't see showing up in the game... Or it HAS to show up or I want my money BACK.
    This is supposed to be a "professionel company", that in days can't even help other who spend a lot of money into the game...

    GET THIS FIXED, please!

    Well, what can I say, i didnt get my credits too

    I payed for the credits this morning and even sent the ubisoft support team a case file but there is no response, here is my case file 04301131, i even attached the receipt as evidence of my purchase.

    Please ubisoft, if you may, resolve the case as soon as possible? Thanks!

    Wow. I am completely appalled that this has been going on so long and the only thing that Ubisoft seems to be doing about it is to tell their customers to go and do extra steps to fix their problems. I would think that a company making millions from micro transactions would care deeply if they weren't delivering a product for the money they are taking from customers. I wasn't even aware of this issue until I finally decided to spend $20 on some credits in game and didn't receive them immediately. Now I see that I'm not the only person having the issue. Shame on you Ubisoft. This is how you treat your customers? How do you expect to sell your new titles coming out when the titles you already have out aren't working properly. This is a major issue and goes to show the value you place in your customers. I was planning on purchasing "For Honor" and "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" in the coming months. I don't think that's going to be happening now. I have lost faith in your company and now I know why so many of my friends refuse to buy anything produced by Ubisoft. I will be joining them. You can have the $20 you stole from me if it's that important to you but just know that you lost a customer that spends hundreds of dollars on games monthly.
