it says on Uibsoft's RB6 support page that they're no longer going to individually fix this issue, and the support tech I spoke with could not provide me with an ETA on the larger patch they're working on. Since the term of my contract doesn't begin until the delivery of those credit, I'm entitled to a refund. Do you guys know if I speak with Ubisoft or Steam to get my money back for an undelivered but paid for service?

the bad thing is that the issue afflicts microtransactions. This is a huge bug an so many people are experiencing that.
A "gameplay" bug is understandable, but if there's a problem when people spend money in the game and they don't receive their purchase... this is shameful for a company that basically sells games and services.
unfortunately it's happened during the holidays, and nobody asks you to work on christmas day, but still this thread started last June, it's a known issue but now it's december and people continue to open tickets about this.
