So I submit every thing you guys ask on the 17th then get a response on 18th that gave me no help at all which I responded too same same day so you guys could proceed and havnt had a reply since it's now the 24th 40 dollars is alot of money to steal from someone I loved the division and r6 but I'm not supporting this company anymore .... I know you guys will do just fine with out my money it's just the principle

Well.. So i logged on this afternoon and saw notifications that i received R6 Credits but theres Nothing in my account.. It is all 1200 and 600 Packages

Please include any proof of purchase you have when you do as it allow us to investigate this swiftly.

Was so happy to try out different operators and buy more credits but it seems like ubi doesnt want to give me credits... Really ****ed up by them if they dont fix this. I sent my ticket and no response.. unbelievable.
