    Casual and Defense First

The new system is terrible because literally whoever defends first loses the game 90% of the time.

Attacking is easier than defending. So what you're claiming doesn't make sense even if it's true. Because games shouldn't be designed around the fact the the players don't play the game properly.

If played properly attacking should be harder, not easier.

But if you’re a solo queuer you never know who you're going to get on the team. Could be some smurf who just rushes in and kills everyone before you even get in the door, or it could be some idiot who TKs you for no reason or it could just be some newb who f*cks up your strat in some way because they don’t know how to play.

I solo queue a lot and basically unless you're good enough to carry a team by yourself you're probably going to lose a lot.

How can doing something properly make it harder?

Whether someone is playing solo or not makes no difference. You can't really argue that, in an ideal world, everyone would play differently. How would you allow for that in the game's design?

Players make attacking more difficult by the way they behave. That doesn't mean that attacking is more difficult, though.

It can make a big difference. For example Mira, say someone decides to barricade a wall you didn't want barricaded. That's extremely frustrating. And a lot of the time most players do not have mics or if they do do not bother to use them.
