Yea to be honest it looks like this game is dying. The devs aren't very open about bringing new exciting things to the game. Or really keeping their community updated on anything. I mean project titan was a disaster, the faction missions have been underwhelming especially since there are no battle rewards anymore. Most players are or have reached endgame content that consists of waiting for more content because the game is so repetitive. I wonder what their logic on the silence is because most players are just down right deleting this game.

Do not think they will fix the game to the point that we will fall in love with it but they will fix / stuff. I am still playing it because this is the only game I am playing now till Cyberpunk 2077 comes out, which will be like The Witcher 3 ( from the same company ) and I expect it to be one of the best games to play this year. Ubisoft should learn from them before they launch any other game.
