Nope, The Division 1 had / has the same problem with DX12 and they never fixed it. Fixing problems isn't the Ubibroke way. They make the games for consoles and they do one pass for PC and if there are any bugs present their definition of "fixing" them is paying moderators to copy and paste "did you submit a ticket with a dxdiag?" in the official forums here where said countless tickets either don't get looked at or just get ignored.
That's why I never pay full price for Ubibroke games, because you can expect them to be broken.
Far Cry 4 and Wathdogs 1? Yeah no sound with an actual Dolby 5.1 surround system (Logitech Z906) because they didn't support Dolby Digital Live. I'm talking NO SOUND. Period. The only two games in my 100-200 Steam and Origin and UBroke libraries that does this.
Countless complaints, tickets submitted, they never fixed the issue.

I've yet to go through either game because of this. I started FC4 when I had a set of cans (Astro A40) but upgraded to actual surround in 2016 and couldn't finish the game (actual surround is amazing, playing without headphones probably rivals going from flat 16:9 to curved 21:9 in terms of an experience upgrade for PC, no discomfort, amazing bass from explosions, movies are amazing, unrivaled positional audio, nothing beats actual surround, and Z906 routinely goes on sale for like $250. I can't recommend this set-up enough).
Watch Dogs 1 remains unplayed.
They literally do not and will not fix issues.
Have an issue? Too bad.
So for that reason, I especially don't buy games at full price at launch, partly because they will be extra bug riddled and partly because I don't feel Ubibroke deserves it.
I will just wait 6 months for the price to drop, like down to $15 for TD2.
