Around 2 years ago (if I remember correct) I made an in-app purchase.
With this in-app purchase it was stated that there will be from then on no advertisements.
Since 2 weeks, after completing a track, I am seeing interstitial ads again in android which is of course annoying.
Does anyone experience the same ?
I suppose other face the same issue which is quit annoying and unacceptable.
I contacted the ticket support. I must say that the support was very quick in it's answers so thank you for that.

I understand and don't expect that the problem will be solved immediately but your answer sounds like the "team" does not care right?
If I suddenly see again ADS after 4 years, it probably means that someone made a decisions to add them again.
Can you please provide me with a better explanation because I have paid for a service that I am not receiving anymore and I think I deserve a more detailed answer.

I have not go any ads, so its likey only a bug or something on your end. buying something will probably fix it. maybe ur using a second account, if that second account is still free 2 play then it will always get ads, even if ur first account has no ads. doesnt matter if played on same device, same installed game .
I don't have a second account. I only have one I use like 5 years.
Judging from the last mail i guess they really don't care. Well done Ubisoft.
