I'm rep 10 and after the 10 minute wait time to get a game of dom I'm always against people who are rep 200+ Is it just me? Is there anyway to fix it? Or is there just no low level people playing anymore. Any advice is appreciated thanks

With the long wait, it's likely that it is just expanding your search to include these higher ranked players as it is unable to always place you into a game with the game level players.
