    suspended from uplay+ for no reason

    it keeps saying I'm suspended and that I need to update my payment method but it won't accept my payment method that was accepted before nor any new ones that literally every other website accepts what do I do?

    Same stuff here - client says my payment was declined. The funny part is, that you didn't even try to charge my cc or paypal account at all, so there was NOTHING declined as you didn't even try to charge the monthly fee, you just simply suspended my account for NO REASON! I already opened a ticket and i expect an immediate solution of this problem. Previous month i had issues with uplay+ too, this is getting quite ridiculous...

    This is a ****ING JOKE! You guys don't want me to pay for your service or what? Why do I have to struggle with you every month? Why is your level of service and customer support BELOW ****ING ZERO? Why do we have to wait days for an answer, which is ofc mostly useless as your so called co-workers don't even properly read the issue?
    I'm considering quitting uplay+. As good as your games are, so bad is the level of support you provide. It's a joke. A JOKE!

    I have the same problem here...i made the December payment via PAYPAl and now my account is disabled cause UBI cant make the trasanction...

    has anyone figured out what the problem is? since I've been going back and forth with Ubisoft support and they haven't even given me what my problem is, nor a solution.
