We are not going to mention the small freezes because this is already covered in the other thread.
I am done with the other 2 districts and I have only the Northern District to finish and the following things I have noticed more now that perhaps I didn't noticed or paid attention before.:
1.- I don't remember seeing Unidad more than the extranjeros before and even a few SB still hold up on some places (when the DLC first arrived but I only played it for a mission or two).
2.- An unidad helo is clearly seen on the mini map and heard in the game but no where to be found, its like a phantom helo. I have fired shots at the sky in hopes that make it see me and engage but to no avail.
3.- I find weapon cases and medals sometimes in some places but I did not know they were there and I don't remember grabbing intel to find where they are. Did a quick google search and thanks to Twigs Digs (?) found where the intel lady is (weird places to put it to be honest) and I found those on the other 2 districts but I'd be damn if I can find the lady on the Northern District. It does say that you will after a few missions but now I am wondering if you will after you are done with ALL the missions or if this is a glitch on my game because it wouldn't make any sense to grab them after you are done with the game or even the district. I have also tried to restart the game to see if that cures it but to no avail.
4.- I also don't remember barricades on some places but again, I only played the game for a few missions before. They are not everywhere and sometimes it does make sense when you are rescuing a rebel commander so that's another good thing.
I don't like the fantasy side of the DLC all that much but I do like the fact that you can sustain a firefight longer and better (enjoy it instead of being an annoyance because of eagle eye and bullet sponge) than you can in the Vanilla or Tier 1 w/o having to have your weapon Leveled Up. Of course, after a while, and just when you are tired, they overwhelm you with jammer personnel and those guys that takes about 2 to 3 M110 shots to the head to die because they are wearing a gold balaclava and that makes it impenetrable. I would have much preferred a ballistic full face helmet to make it more plausible but again, I rather that then being killed by a Mac11 Thug from 300 meters while he shrugs Sniper Ammo from the top of the hill where I am taking cover and have full advantage.
Man, if only they would have given the gameplay mechanics a bit more love instead of just thinking of the easy grab money from the cosmetic side of things. Anyways, I digress.
3. IIRC, the intel lady will spawn only after doing all the missions in each district. So when you do the third district, it's basically game over unless you have some side missions remaining.
That being said, cheese it a bit and go find the weapon(s) you want prior - they're in the game-world to be found. I didn't find discovering all the weapons all that important. There was only one I wanted, the R4, so found it early-on in the game play, and used it throughout.
