[Switch/PS4] Unified player progress between consoles
I have been playing Just Dance 2020 on the Switch since its launch. A week ago I got JD2020 for PS4 and I logged in into my Ubisoft Club account and all the progress from the Switch is being shared with the PS4. Every song was unlocked, the high scores were the same, my level, avatars and skins too. Except for the stickers.
On switch I had 92/121 Stickers:
But on PS4 I had 56/121:
I know both accounts are the same, because if I change the avatar and/or the skin it changes in the other console immediately.
But the weirdest thing is, days later I checked (on PS4) the progress to unlock the Aliases and the numbers that show up are the ones from the Switch+the ones I unlocked on PS4 (even though some of them were already unlocked on switch):
That's the problem with the stickers.
As you probably saw on the pictures, I was really close to hit level 100 (*gold move sounds*) and since that was the last Ubisoft Club challenge I had left on Switch I played on that console until i got to level 100. BUT nothing happened. It doesn't appear as completed on Ubisoft Club. As I had problems with the stickers on PS4 I checked the Ubisoft Club challenges of the PS4 version and... nothing. The Level 100 challenge doesnt appear as completed, neither the Level 50 one nor the Level 5 one, so I'm stuck on those challenges and PS4 trophies too.
Uh...Help?

I'm having so many issues with this, too, playing on both PS4 and Xbox One. I know transferring your data is supposed to be helpful, but it's causing me problems with unlocking trophies. When I tried to delete my save data on PS4, I opened the game and it immediately brought over my save again. I don't know how I'm supposed to finish the game if it keeps transferring the data. ;-;

Hello Rorro8a and littlesiha! Thank you for reporting this issue to me. I greatly apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused or the negative effect it may have had on your gameplay experience. After further review, the team has identified the problem due to the way progress is shared between accounts. This has been reported, but there is no additional information available at this time. My apologies for that! Thank you both for your patience and understanding.
