I've had a Just Dance Now subscription for quite a few weeks and it's always worked fine but today it crashes every time I try to open it. I tried resetting my Apple TV device and checking if there were new updates for the app and for my device (there aren't). I opened a ticket with Ubisoft 5 hrs ago but haven't had a response yet. Anyone have any suggestions? I think if I delete the app and reinstall it then I might lose my progress..?
Are you using the Apple TV app too? It hasn’t worked all day for me. I am surprised because I’ve never had problems with it before.
