    How to upgrade Asia version to Global ?

    Recently my friends got this game after the Holiday sale and wanted me to play it.
    2 years ago, I had no choice but to buy the Asian version just because I live in "ASIA", and as you known, it's only Korean and Chinese language I was forced to forget my money for 2 years.
    So how can I use the global version, is it possible to buy the game again? Or is there any incentive policy for upgrading?
    Again, I'm not Chinese or Korean.

    Oh wait, it has been changed since my last check. There's English option, but in game language is still Korean. LMAO
