Hi Terror, welcome to the forums!Originally Posted by bombNterror Go to original post
To better understand the bug you're reporting, would it be possible for you to get a video of this for us so our team can investigate?
JW, Do you have testers to test your game? Not being rude I'm just asking.Originally Posted by UbiYubble Go to original post
It's always good to test to see if that issue occurs and it is indeed a bug When you hip fire with the pistol the shield has no guard like there's no shield to begin with.
We love to give feedback and report bugs but we can't do everything js.
It's what I posted in my previous topic When you flash the shield is like invisible and it doesn't have any hitboxes on it so people shoot through the shield.
Actually I believe that's what the test server is. It's a public server open to any R6 players for free to test the latest patch to the game then report any bugs encountered to R6fix.com/reddit/here on the forums.Originally Posted by ZetsuboKibo Go to original post
Problem with R6fix is that people make a different report instead of following just one because they sometimes use different words for same issue, date, and people who report issues in and get "upvotes" in their moronic system get a rewards, so people just post the same issue 15 times but they are not valid because it'a a single post with 10 "upvotes". God that system is beyind atrociousOriginally Posted by Kitty_Paine Go to original post
Hello everyone! I will do the best I can to answer all of your points.
Yes, we absolutely do. We have a team dedicated to reproducing issues, to help our devs understand the root cause and implement a fix.Originally Posted by ZetsubouKibo Go to original post
It is best practice for us to gather as much reliable information as possible, to help us reproduce it. Sometimes specific steps are involved and only certain players are affected, and a video is the most reliable way for us to see through the eyes of the player.
I completely understand where you are coming from, I hope that helps clear things up.
Yes indeed! What better way to test a build than release is to the public?Originally Posted by Kitty_Paine Go to original post
Anything reported on the R6Fix website will go directly to our production team, once it reaches enough upvotes. We will then try to reproduce the issue with the information provided by players.
It's true that new posts are sometimes created, rather than added to a previous post. There is usually a trend and one post gets the most attention. We also do everything we can to moderate this, and remove duplicates.Originally Posted by xcel30 Go to original post
We of course take all bug reports seriously. The more reports we receive, the apparent an issue likely is and the more information we have to understand it. Of course there will be less active posts, but they all go to the production team regardless, once they reach enough upvotes.Originally Posted by Big_Boss_kai Go to original post
I hope that helps clear some things up, but let me know if you need anything.
