Yes I did, though some did not show up till mid-mission (on Heroic, not too many people online during late evening/early morning hours). None of them were giving an Endorse option. Even ran another mission with one of them right afterwards (Manning Zoo, Heroic).
That does sound a bit buggy. Next time ask if they got their auto-endorse. In my experience as long as a helper comes in at least mid-way through the mission they should get auto-endorsed. the helper needs to get to 50% or better on their "Helper gauge" to go past 100% and get auto-endorsed at the end of the mission because you get a BIG XP bump at that time, but YOU, as the caller for help, should also get a prompt to endorse. if it ever happens again, ask them if they got an auto-endorse as I said above and if they did then look into your social page and click their names and if they can be endorsed it will be there.If they got an auto-endorse and it's not available in the social tab - then yea....bugged.
