The more i think about it, the less i understand why we don't have one, i mean, the old rankeds where literaly a tournament itself, so..

¿Why we can't just use that system, that it's alredy finished, for our own use? Think on the Streamers/Youtubers/groups of friends or even some fansites who could do custom tournament, witch is good, both for the game for the free publicity, and for the user for fun ussage and a simple way to be way more proactive and interactive with their fanbase and viewers/subs
