Hi everybody, I bought Far Cry 4 from an external key site and then correctly installed it. Unfortunately, when I launch the game with Uplay, the initial little-squared screen shows up, says "loading", but then, when it goes to fullscreen, it stays dark and nothing happens. Please note that UPLAY WORKS PROPERLY and the GAME DOES NOT CRASH. It just sits there.
Can anyone help me?
Maybe it's because my SPECS are too low, but I don't understand why it doesn't even start off! I have played ARK with this PC and I was able to run it properly setting it to lowmemory... without entering the game it's even IMPOSSIBLE!
CPU: Intel Pentium E5800
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5600/5700
RAM: 8 GB
you are way too far below the minimum system requirements to run the game ..so sorry man your gonna have to upgrade both of these
CPU: Intel Pentium E5800
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5600/5700
yes .....you need to upgrade your CPU as well as your Graphics card
minimum supported AMD vid card is an AMD 5850 with at least 1 gig of Vram
the 5850 is a much more powerful GPU then you have installed now and supports more pixel and vertex shaders as well as higher memory bandwidth
your CPU is also only a dual core CPU ..

they are not supported at all

Additional Notes: Supported video cards at the time of release: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or better, GeForce GTX 700 series; AMD Radeon HD5850 or better, Radeon R9 series.
Note: Laptop versions of these cards may work but are NOT officially supported.
not meeting the system requirements means the game will just black screen and NOT fully launch //so, sorry man you gotta upgrade if you wanna play FC 4.
for your CPU you can buy a cheap core 2 quad CPU like an Intel core 2 quad for under 50 bucks on e bay ..i used to run the game fine on both a core 2 quad Q 9650 as well as yes even an old core 2 quad Q6600 you can find even a core 2 quad Q 6700 for around 20 - 40 bucks that should fit your motherboard if you have a desktop socket 775 system .
the q 9650 is the max you can go in a socket 775 motherboard tho ..and as i said it'll launch and run on even a q 6600 and they only cost like 8 bucks on amazon
but really you need to update the entire system ..
and as to that AMD Vid card ya got .. AMD dropped support for those way back in 2015
see https://betanews.com/2015/11/24/amd-kills-gpu/
so yea get a new vid card as well..or better yet a NEWER PC as what your running in 2019 .. is really OUTDATED
sorry ..but its the truth ....
hi,i have far cry 4 but unable to installed i dont know why can you guide me
go here .. and install CPU Z https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.htmlOriginally Posted by ShanghaiFuente Go to original post
run it and post a validation link ..click validation copy and paste that link in your next post ..if your unsure if you meet the system requirements
or if you have steam
look up top in steam look for where it says Help (right above the word LIBRARY) .
(you will need to exit big picture mode if you have it active in Steam) .
clik on that (it will open a drop down menu) .
then clik system information .
let that load , only takes a few seconds at most ..
once that loads with your system information .
(this will LIST all your hardware and driver info.. its totally safe to post as no one can steal it .. its unique to only your PC build).
right clik on that window.
then select all .
then right clik again select copy (Ctrl + C).
then when you post back (Ctrl + V to paste) .
*note if you have a dual core CPU there is nothing i can tell you to do that will help ....you must meet the Far Cry 4 Minimum System Requirements ..and these will include yes a QUAD CORE CPU as well as a fully functional Direct X 11 video card that supports shader model 5.0 ,and exceeds either a Nvidia GTX 460 or an AMD 5850 in pixel and vertex shader count as well as a 64 bit operating system.
*Intel HD Video Chipsets are not supported*
so if thats what your vid chip is .. seek a steam refund or upgrade your system to meet the games system requirements
for refunds please see (as some rules do apply for steam refunds )

With respect to that black screen, it happens to me too and I bought it directly from the Ubisoft store, and despite everything, I fully comply with the recommended requirements, I read something about deactivating something, Bluetooth or something like that but not I remember very well

If you've completed all of our basic troubleshooting and the issue still persists can you send your system files over to us so we can take a look, please? The files you need are MSInfo and DxDiag. Once you've generated those files if you can attach them to a new or existing support case here we'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Unfortunately we can only offer English support on our forums. Are you able to translate your query to English? If so I'd be happy to assist here. Alternatively you can also open a support case here and we do have Turkish support who will get back to you by email instead.
