This should've been fixed ages ago. It really slows down the fight of an already slow hero, because you have to wait for your stamina to come back every time you deflect.
It should drain his stamina. For real this character just needs a complete overhaul. Not only some tweaks here and there.
It does drain his stamina. It drains the stamina, then pauses the regen for 5 seconds.
This should've been removed ages ago, but all the changes to shinobi have been to nerf him. They dont put any thought into the changes
