This Amazing game is losing players, to help to grow up the comunity by perhaps making the game cross platform and free to play, and I swear you Will see the money Rain by selling dlc.
Maybe tune down another trial version to unlocking 1 hero of choice for free, the rest for steel. And add a convenient upgrade to the standard game version that keeps all your progress. And cross-platform might do a lot for the game.
I agree making it f2p would be great for the game moving forward at this time. New players could buy heroes with steel. Cross platform would be nice but that would only help those on Xbox and PlayStation sadly
