I know this is a fantasy game, but it's not that kind of fantasy game.
Teleport never had a place in For Honor, and I don't see any reason why it should have it.
Or make this fighting game into Street Fighter and give every character a "mystic fantasy" feat.
Take any ability from Naruto and give it to the Shinobi for example.
Shaolins can go from conquering one zone to fighting in another just by using their feat, and get there undetected by radar to attack by surprise, so how is that fair to every other character?

Shaolin is already extremely hard to master and the way they integrated his feats is very nice for his kit and almost are crucial to making him not total trash in 4v4. Remember he doesn’t have any feat that guarantees damage.
For feat balancing I think he needs
Stealth to be switched out for something like heal on kill.
Qi trap needs to be given a 1-2minute duration or 6-12 detections before expiration.
2nd tier tele needs range reduction
4th tier teleport should not be usable while carrying a banner offering, while bleeding, or while on fire.
There is absolutely no hero in the game you could add the teleport feats to and have it feel right. These feats make shaolin the character he’s supposed to be. Mobile af.
His mastery of Kung fu is supposed to be so powerful that he literally is a naruto character in the “real world”

Let me use my telepathic powers to send the coordinates for my catapult strike / arrow storm to the catapult team.
