Not working, running all over THE MAP and coming back triggers NOTHING! Tried 4 times already.... And always some other rebel still has GREEN POINT over his head....

After 7th try, i just kill Sigrid and mission failed, mission restarted and somehow all prisoners are rescued, and was finally been able to finish this crap of the mission....

Buggy on my side as well. Playing it in full immersive mode.
Warning- spoilers ahead!

What helped, after several tries and reading this post here, was to first kill as much as possible. Open the gates and go enter the cell yourself. Then finally I was able to talk to Sigrid.

Then I had to defend her (I recommend Assault tactic choise for that mission ). After killing everyone she stiill wasn't activated to talk to. So I blew up everything I was able to see on my thermal vision. I thought that maybe the game thinks that working equipment is a threat and so it was- cars, machineguns- everything that is automated or usable by sentries.

Finally the mission was completed.

This faction mission is still bugged however I just completed it.
As previously stated by someone else.
I cleared the base first then opened each prison cell & walked into each cell, ran around a little bit inside then exited & moved onto the next cell. While observing my mini map or you can stand outside the cells & each prisoner will exit. After a short time the “round” green markers above there heads will change to a “arrow” type symbol.
Once all the prisoners icons have changed to this you can then go free “what’s her name”, inside one of the huts & you’ll be able to talk to her for the final section of this mission.

I had the same issues, especially the first cell (farthest away from Sigrid) kept showing the circle and one just stayed in the cell with the door open...at first I killed all guards and got the bug each time... then I tried again just killing guards on my way while opening the cells one by one, going inside the cell and following the prisoners out... the 2 prisoners at the first cell will pick up the weapons to start fighting the remaining guards.. then it worked for me and they all got green arrows on the way. I also freed Sigrid last just to be sure.

I tried everything you guys say and still nothing! Is my 8th attempt in 2 days.
