This is why I laugh when people talk as if the Shinobi has high damage; they conveniently never seem to take into account that the Shinobi is severely limited in launching consecutive attacks. Some heroes can do combos for days, but the Shinobi doesn't have anything like that, even his Kick Mix-Up is so slow and telegraphed that anyone can simply side step the Flip Kick no matter what you do.

This is the reason why most Shinobi players just use Double Light all game, his offense is complete garbage and has no viable options.
