    Error code [6-0x000010000]

    I have gone through all the things that basic UbiSoft support ask me to do. And after 5 months of waiting for the support, I haven't had it. I would like to know if there is any solutions to this error code?

    Sorry to hear you still having issues with the 6-0x000010000 error. Please do keep at it in your support ticket as the team will try to help the best they can. If they have not asked already, please do provide them with the make/model of your router and which Internet Service Provider you are with.

    Hello, I'll do everything I can to help you.

    You appear to be on the Xbox platform, so my suggestions will be related to that. Let me know if you actually play on PlayStation.

    - Were you only receiving this error message yesterday, or has it been affecting you for longer?
    - Are you still experiencing the error now?
    - Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

    I have been getting this error for 3 days now and still happening.
    I have tried all of so called solutions and still cant play multiplayer.

    After 4 days I got it working, seems there is a problem with your account linking.. i have to unlink my Xbox account when i want to play, then re-link it when im in the game. I have to do this EVERY TIME i want to play, and sometimes it only works for so long before i have to do it again.

    I'm happy to see some progress has been made with a workaround, however we have no known issues with our account linking. This would suggest to me that there's perhaps an issue with network ports, or network security.

    If you have followed the steps in the above article, please create a support ticket on our website and provide the following -

    - An image of your port forwarding configuration
    - An image of your DMZ section
    - An image of your XB1 connectivity status section
