FAR CRY 4 not opening game

    Hello,

After finishing the game FAR CRY 5 I wanted to try to play with a friend and 4, but after downloading the game can not start. I'll give a start, FAR CRY 4 loading screen and nothing. Done as if I wasn't squeezing anything. Just can't run - I don't get it, FAR CRY 5 went totally cool.

I'm helpless. Please help. Thank you.

Thank you for the info on the problem.
Anyway, I do not agree with buying a game, and then I will be complicated and time consuming to play the game.

I would like to withdraw from the contract and return the money. Where should I turn to this request?

    Thank you

if you bought your game on steam

    please see
    https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...7966&l=english

other sites may not offer refunds on digital goods ..contact the store where you bought your game to see if they offer a refund on digital goods

many do not ..and software pretty much .... has been that way for decades .. , at least as long as i can remember, and i have been buying games and software since the 1980's ..most of the time ..with software = all sales are final

The game is bought through uplay. Steam offers this option and works great.

Do I have to write a special email somewhere? Nowadays it is a matter of course to return money for a non-functioning product.

as far as i am aware the Uplay store does not offer refunds at all on digital content see this page .. games would be non refundable

    it clearly says

Unfortunately, Ubisoft does not offer refunds on any products downloaded through the Uplay. This includes PC Digital Downloads and any downloadable merchandise currently available. Ubisoft reserves the right, however, to offer refunds under exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

8 GIG of Kingston DDR 2 Ram in dual channel mode
Sapphire AMD HD 7750 1 gig GPU
Creative labs Sound Blaster LIVE Sound card

plays the game fine with a mix of medium to high settings in 1400 X 900
