Can I please get verification because I was just banned a week for this name when I was P2wneed2die and told it was offensive and changed it immediately but then I was led to believe I was fine with P2wrlosers and then wam I am banned and can’t play.

I have already changed my name again and ditching the P2w phrasing but I am hoping someone can help with my issue as I truly was not trying to be disruptive to the game environment.

Thank you for help, clarification, and hopefully resolution as I just want to continue to play and not be treated like a cheater or racist.

Names that are insults to other players are not allowed. It's good that you've already gone ahead and removed that part of your name. I'll reach out to the team and see if I can't have the ban reduced, seeing as it looks like a lesson has been learned! I'll send you a PM when I hear back!
