Looks like Rogue company has a lot of similarities with the ghost war gameplay .. like the mechanics 5v5 swap of shoulder.. main difference is rogue looks a million times more polished and balanced .. ghost war could be so good if u just worked on it .. everyone loved ghost war in wildlands .. one main weapon well balanced felt tactical and was fun to play .. breakpoint PVP is everything but that .. people running around in circles bugs every where.. no balancing...
Ubisoft wake up and fix the game and maybe next year make it free and God knows if u launch it balanced and without bugs maybe it will be a success ..
Ghost war has alot going for it and I really thought following on from wildlands it would be great but its a total f up
Sadly, this is the worst PVP shooter I have ever played! The maps are awesome, the gun choices are great and it is visually a beautiful game. The problem is that just about everything surrounding Ghost Wars is BROKEN. There is this crazy speed boosting zig-zag exploit that developers refuse to address, half the time you can't see members of the other team or member of your own team for that matter, it appears that they are in some other instance of the same map. The DMR exploit took months to fix. To top it off, the match making takes 5 minutes and whatever formula tries to make the teams even is also BROKEN. It would be an amazing game if they could just get it actually working properly. With almost a year into the game it doesn't seem like that would be too difficult.

TL;DR
Make the game tactical
Most importantly allow for only one primary weapon and have pistol secondary. (Maybe allow certain classes to use certain smg/shotguns as a secondary but nothing very strong)
Weapons need Balancing to allow for more variety in the weapon choices.
More close quarter focused maps we have plenty sniper heavens already.
Fix the camera view while sprinting so its not exploited to dodge bullets and then snap to enemies who are now reloading.
Apply penalties to weapon handling and accuracy immediately after a sprint.
increase the likelihood of acquiring an injury while sprinting and taking damage
remove the Syringes ability to cure injuries.
Make bandages unlimited in ghost war but force the players to have to use them in order to heal an injury.
look into a suppression effect that will happen while sprinting.
Remove KD tracking until the end of match screen.
Move towards a conflict type game mode as in Future soldier.
Track objective points and teamwork/assists for individual player scoring.
Lots of good suggestions in this thread. The main problem I think currently is the game doesn't play like a tactical shooter. What with all the running and gunning and the ability to carry two weapons. Its almost as if your decisions really don't have consequences. If you want to snipe and are not very good at it you don't need worry or bother to get better you can sit back and fail to help your team the entire game because once you become the last player on your team now you can suddenly get into the game by switching to your secondary weapon which is normally one of the overpower AR's or SMGs. Seems like there are not many significant changes to Ghost War that will move the PvP portion of the game in the right direction. I wish this game could get the Rainbow Six Siege Treatment for its PvP we need more scheduled and timely updates that are significant and focus on fixing bugs or gameplay changes to move the game in the right direction. I'm almost certain this game was meant to be played with a bunch of people running around like chickens with their heads cut off with sniper rifles and dmr's doing trick shots 1 shot kills point blank or dodging bullets like the matrix and absorbing bullets.
Their needs to be more maps with a heavier focus on close quarters combat. Wildlands In my opinion had better map designs. I think need to have more maps that are based inside cities or villages. The whole creating a map from locations within the game is not as cool as it sounds. It seems more lazy than anything. Even if a map for PvP were based on a location from within the game I think there should be significant changes to it to ensure the proper type of gameplay. Not ever map has to be heavy close quarters but not every map needs to be as open as they all are currently. Sure have some forests and jungle maps or whatever but more of these maps need to have a bigger area that is focused on closer quarters it currently caters heavily to snipers which is why majority of people it seems Carry a Sniper/Dmr and a Secondary weapon usuall AR/SMG. Two things could fix that. AO's focused on urban warfare and close quarter combat as well as 1 primary weapon limit.
The sprinting problem needs a few updates to help keep the game more tactical. If the player is severly wounded they should not be able heal themselves with a syringe until their injuries are heal. Force the use of the currently useless Bandages in order to treat injuries. Remove the syringes ability to magically cure your twisted ankle and sprained wrist or make it a temporary fix for injuries and after a short time maybe 30 seconds the injuries resurface and affect you again.
Weapons need to be balanced. Even with the gunsmith finally moving in the right direction the majority of people are still going to play those overpowered weapons so as not to give themselves a disadvantage against their opponents who are likely using them. with better balancing more of the weapons will be used in ghost war and with different setups. I remember Future soldier you could have basically the same weapon set up in two or three different ways and have the way you use the gun feel differently. take an acr and a folded but stock with an overgassed system and low magnification scope and be very agile with great handling. Or take the same weapon with a mid range scope and an extended buttstock and a semi auto/burst trigger assembly and basically create a dmr. This game would benefit from the players feeling like they are actually gunsmiths creating their own unique weapon builds for the style of play they desire.
IDK I am ranting however there are tons of suggestions in this thread and I am not seeing any of them being implemented and if they are being considered it would be great to have an update or get any news on that. Maybe there should be another survery that is focused on the PvP aspect of things.
Bring 'the suppression system' back in the game ASAP!!!!!
That system is the most important part of Why GRWL' PVP is more fun and tactical.
