I can write a lot about this. But I will only tell you one thing, To shoot so many times just give me an A-10 Thunderbolt II.
It's embarrassing to have to make such a raid for a Ghost Recon.

Why not have something like Runescape has for the bosses, You can pick the raid boss you would like to kill but it will cost you so much skell for the hour. and have a respawn time setting so if you want to kill it many times in that hour you can set it to fastest. you can set how many players that can join but you still can go in solo. you can set how high of gear score players needs to be. you can set the boss to hard mode! the boss loot rarity will not change tho.

You could do some kind of slayer or take out so many targets for tickets or slayer points and these can be used for guns, items, gear or you make your boss cost when setting up a boss cheaper.
Use these slayer points for crafting materials.

I still want the raids to be solo and you can raid the island solo or with friends.

What would be really awesome and keep this game going for years and bring so many to breakpoint is remove the shops and add in a place players could sell item,s guns, gear, loot and they can set the price. so if something is really rare it will cost more. But to make this work right you would have to have a system where your player could lose loot, gear, items, guns on death.

if you die you lost your gear and need to go loot for more or kill, this is where the true ghost recon players would shine the most! You have to use skills to build yourself back up. If you didn't have the skell to buy it from the player exchange shop.

You have breakpoint set up needing to log in.
So this game is on that road to this anyway, so you might has well make it into that to make it a billion dollar online game too. Get some of that money back you all lost.

Maybe have some kind of loot share or skell split from boss kills or Ai Kills. or keep it the way it is but make all enemies have a loot drop table and make some loot super hard to get so you have 1/10000 of this rare item from normal enemies and bosses has like 1/500 or something. This don't mean you kill it 500 time the 501 you will get the rare drop. you have 1 -500 luck of getting that rare. you could kill it 1 time and get the super rare loot drop and have never killed it before.

I have not lost hope in breakpoint it's still fun at times. play it for about 30 mins then it gets boring, Runescape I can play for hours and hours I use to play it for 40 something hours. Now about 8 to 12 hours. I go solo bosses on my 2018 acc and do mining and smithing on my maxed 14 year old acc. 4 levels to go till maxing on 2018 acc could knock them out in a week.

I would play the S#$% out of Breakpoint if they did kind of like a said here.

A lot of very good and detailed feedback here, so not going to repeat it all.

What I would say is, if Ubi wants to maintain the unique nature of Ghost Recon as it relates to modern military shooters, its past distinction was in the emphasis it placed on tactics to succeed each mission, rather than run and gun. There are a number of aspects to that, including a response within the AI thread that talks about the enemy AI element.

In terms of mission structure of a true GR game, they were always made to favor the nature of what a Ranger Ghost was, who are spec ops infiltration specialist for the purpose of reconnaissance and specialized missions behind enemy lines. The term ghost should be evident, given their dependence on stealth, distraction and subterfuge to complete objectives in a highly active combat zone. These tactics include the use of the worlds most modern equipment to ensure fulsome battlefield awareness to plan and maneuver to avoid unnecessary confrontation. Success for Ghost means objective completed and the enemy never knew you were there, until the next morning when they find a few bodies in the closet.

The Ghost's biggest threat is the sniper team being used as area denial, along with electronic alarm systems that need to be defeated.

In terms of game missions, GR does not need to be that pure, but it does need to be structured in such a way that each mission is unique (objective and enemy response), requires planning to succeed, or you get killed. Run and gun should not be possible in the PVE element of this game. By planning I mean, current intelligence to plan infiltration, exfil, team specialties (yes need AI teammates) and equipment, ROE and parameters of success or failure requiring withdrawal (known as tactical advancement to the rear to find better ground ... lol).

Ghost game is Chest not checkers of shooters.

We’re glad to share that this will be releasing shortly and you can expect to see TU 1.1.0 live on the 28th of January!

Your wasting your time if you don't remove and rework raids.

No update you do will fix the mess up of the raids update. raids needed to go that very next day it was added. I hope they give all the rewards from the raids in this update.

I seen the 120$ copy is now $40 maybe you should give us the money back if you don't rework raids. or is raids staying because you are taking ideas from them content creator stealing delta company noobs. after I seen them delta company partners taking others ideas and trying to make them as their own and never giving credit of where the idea came from I think that delta company is a place for thieves. and they are so low in my book. And no one should what to be a part of them but if your a low life and love taking others work this delta company is for you.

nothing like backing a game for only a few to enjoy because they love raids.

    Three things:

    1) There is no such thing as a Ranger "Ghost." You may be referring to the 75th Ranger Regiments battalion reconnaissance teams, more commonly known as the Recce teams. Also, they do not typically conduct missions like the one Ghost Recon teams do. Those operations are generally reserved for CAG or DEVGRU teams.

    2) Canonically the Ghost Recon teams were originally stood up as D Co, 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group. As such, all the original ghosts were Green Berets and fell under the administrative umbrella of the 5th SFG. Later, they became their own independent unit and began taking operators from every branch (including Army Rangers). In this way they are similar to the real world CAG (commonly known as Delta).

    3) Making the player plan for ROE in a video game would be awful. ROE is a pain in the *** in real life, and navigating it is the opposite of fun. If you want ROE, join the Army as one of the combat arms MOS' or a combat medic, and if you deploy I promise that you'll get all the ROE briefs you can stomach.

After looking at the GRB Roleplaying board game, can we see more thought put into the actual game's mission design in the way it goes through in the board game, as the board game has you go through actual in depth planning and design, has multiple options on how to beat certain objectives, multiple steps, so can we see this reflected in future mission design?

Just played and finished the raid and wow... just wow. Who in the #$%@ signed off on such a thing to be in Ghost Recon? Who the hell even thought up this nonsense in the first place? You were aware that you were making a Ghost Recon game right? What the $%&*? In reality I should not be surprised seeing as the rest of the game is a washed up half baked concoction of looter shooter elements, something that does not belong and I can't honestly believe anyone would ever throw into a Ghost Recon game. But no, its not just a poorly designed joke. You have to go farther in locking away items that were free in wildlands such as the atacs fg, au, and AT-x patterns on the raid island, where you can only go to if you have four members in your squad in a game that is one of the biggest disappointments and failures of 2019! I guess designing and adding legitimately new camo patterns as a reward is too much to ask when you can drip feed already existing ones, not forgetting that multicam was originally supposed to be a raid island reward. I cannot grasp the insanity of making a standard issued camo used in one variation or another by multiple countries and special forces groups as a raid reward. ITS STANDARD ISSUED! Thankfully after the complete backlash you threw those peanuts at us though.

I want to see authentic military operations as raids not this made up fantasy of Division-esque garbage. Make Ghost Recon! You could easily have something unique if you would stick to a tactical shooter formula because guess what. THOSE GAMES DO NOT EXIST ON CONSOLE! I realize that making such a mission when limited to only four players is going to be a near impossibility so up the player count allowed to run. How is four player co-op still a thing in a game that originally had a 6 man squad and then allowed 12,maybe even more to run co-op in GR2, GR2 summit strike, GRAW, and GRAW 2? How does that differentiate and attract a new experience when so many other games offer 4 player co-op? It doesn't. Find people with a passion for the experience that the Ghost Recon games provided prior to Future Soldier and let them bring back something that was unique and suspenseful, because this following and throwing in gaming trends into a game that is supposed to be a tactical shooter is just pathetic, uninspiring garbage.

    Close quarter battles

Firstly I truly love this game and hope it will only gets better with time.

I wish for a few changes on the mission side and not only.

I'd love to see some CQB missions with stealth and if possible few ways to finish them with different outcome.
there are so many buildings on Aurora but there is only like those 3 missions (if I remember correctly)
Where you actually fight in a CQB style of fight.

In the division DC there were so many and I loved every second of it.

Besides there are sooo many buildings houses and bunkers that are locked.

As an example it would be really cool if you start a mission and you got two choices go stealth or guns blazing but both have different outcomes.

    1. Guns blazing: the VIP you are supposed to rescue escapes and you have a B. Part that you need to track him down while he is also tracked down by the wolves and you must reach him first before they find him and eliminate him.

    2. Stealth: you quietly extract the VIP and for part B. They notice he is gone and raise an alarm and now you must escape with him while being tracked by the wolves.

This whole mission playes out in a large office building or a WW2 underground bunker etc.

I think that it would make a fine addition to the game and make it a little more versatile.
