I was about to suggest it too, then I decided to look if someone else already pointed that out.
Also I what I would like to see.. altough it's not important, I'm just wondering why it's not there in the first place since these are the most used in any military and police unit: Peltor ComTac's.
I know it's hard to tell it apart to the other headsets in the game, but as I said... most used headset, yet not there.
EDIT: Yeah... never mind. I found the combat shirt and the peltors... they're behind a paywall... of course.
improving the loadout
As in the game now, Nomad seems to be lacking gear.
Blackhawk vest currently is the one that seems to be better equipped.
My suggestion and request:
•Add the radio on all vest's on a similar location to where it is on the blackhawk vest
•Add a IFAK pack on the back of the belt and remove the multitool from above the holster and put next to it.
•Add a dump pouch on the same location but opposed side of the canteen (On the belt, canteen is on the right, dump pouch would be on the left)
•Remove the torniquet from above the holster and put it on the left cummerbund.
•Remove the grenade pouches from belt and put it on the left cummerbund.
•The following plate carriers don't support 4 mag pouches on their front panel: AVS, JPC, Scarab. Remove one of the mag pouches and place the others correctly.
•Put two rifle mag pouches in place where the grenade pouches were on the belt.
•Put the two pistol pouches on top of the rifle pouches

•The holster is attached to the vest models, please raise the holster on all vest models, it sits too low.
Remove the upper most leg strep from the holster, raise the holster until the lower strap reaches the position where the upper was.

This should be done with all vest's and be an standard to new vest's added in game
Please, I know you have a lot of things to mess with on the game.
But our character would look 3 billion times cooler and if you done it, a lot of the people bugging you on topics requesting better loadouts to be more immersed, would appreciate it.
[SUGGESTION] Battle belt customization and removal option

I asked for this before, but the recent update didn't change much about the topic, so i'll try again)
So before the terminator update battle belt was linked to the vest, it was one piece of a gear, so removing the vest also meant removing the belt, as you can see on the screenshots below. But after the terminator update something went wrong i guess.
As you can see it doesn't matter now if you have a vest on your character or not, the belts is always on you, no matter what. Also patch notes 2.0.0 says "Fixed an issue where the belt's color would change depending on the color of the shirt worn by character" , and that's no longer an isue, but now the belt color is always black even if color of the vest is green, red or any other (screenshots below)
So based on all of that, could you guys, please, make things as they were before the Terminator update, or (and i think that would be much better) give us an option to customize battle belt separately and to remove it if we want to. Thank you for reading this, and sorry if my english is lacking, it's not my native language))
Can we have a holstered weapon option. That way maybe civilians won't cower in fear if while you're just walking around. It also looks weird while in conversation with them you just have your gun out like its no big deal. Also if possible please lengthen the sniper balaclava down the neck a little bit so it actually goes under the collar of shirts with a high collar.
