During the Prone Camo animation for snow, sand and dirt the player model's face is covered same as the rest of the model in whatever surface your lying on, but as soon as the animation finishes the face reverts back to being clean, with the exception of mud which stays. Not a big thing but can look a little odd when your covered in snow or dirt but my face is completely clean.

Here is a link to a discussion I made, detailing Night Operational improvements through Flashlight mountings on helmets, ball caps, side arms, and primaries. As well as the enemy reacting to these light scores. I provided the Sure Fire HL1 as an example light as it has IR/white/red/blue light options.
Also, in the discussion is IR flags/patches for clothing, IR pulsing beacons both worn and throw able. I would also suggest adding hand and arm signal emotes that are tailor made for night operations if added.
If anything it's something to think about for the next Ghost recon.
hi there. I've been wanting to ask something. are you guys working on an option to wear a helmet with the cosmetic gas masks like you could back in wildlands? I loved having that option so I could do some special costumes/uniforms that feature gas masks while in game, and was really disappointed that this minor feature wasn't in the game.
It would be great to have one all the time as an option, especially for tight places and hallways. Now it's difficult or annoying to run inside buildings with character in front of us, especially with this ability to glue to the wall for cover. I feel then like someone who don't know what to do is running in front of me when my Ghosts glues to walls and not exactly turns where I'd like to go. Sometime it's bad game mechanics and sometime my low skill to play 3rd person way but I believe there is more of us who would like to see 1st person view. In 1st person view instead of glue to the wall for cover we could just use classic left/right lean.
Cheers!
Some of suggested options should/could be optionable. I understand you are afraid to make the game more hardcore. All your military enthusiasts, gun nuts and realism freaks would be pleased, but you might lose many easy and casual players who enjoy more “arcade-ish” and forgiving gameplay. Ghost Experience was a great step towards delivering more immersive game while maintaining casual playtime for “less hardcore players”, thus I think that you could go further and give us more realistic features, that could be fully optionable.
Since implementing new Ghost Experience mode, I completely turned off tiered loot system and made the game more "Wildlands-ish". I loved Wildlands and was somewhat disappointed when Breakpoint left out so many cool features that Wildlands already had. E.g. pouches and magazines on vests directly reflected what primary weapon was your character using.
Also - some of the suggestions are more gear-oriented, but I didn't find more appropriate thread.
Mounted NVGs without helmets (also once i switch to photo mode NVGs go up and laser is no longer visible. It is a shame, that game lets us take all kinds of beautiful screenshot, but night and tacticool ones are somewhat limited)
Different types of NVGs with different night vision filter (e.g. older NVG models with classic venom green filter vs. new models with the filter we see in game. Or even the NVG/thermal hybrid from Future Soldier)
During nighttime operations, character without NV gear would not be able to switch to it. e.g. my ghost is wearing only a baseball cap, thus I cannot switch to night vision
Customizable color scheme on all items (e.g. Echelon goggles mounted on baseball cap - the color of a cap should be customizable)
Vests or chest rigs, as well as backpacks should reflect current loadout, or could bear class specific items
Add hotkeys for using consumables - instead of opening the loadout screen that breaks immersion, I would like to switch between flashbangs and frags with just hotkeys. Maybe not every consumable needs its own key, but we should be able to assign the key to our prefered consumables (look into the “favourite” system in Fallout 4)
Anti-personnel mines - claymores or other area-denying items to cover our six
Smoke grenades - I would love to use area concealment. Be it for snatching officer or breaking contact…
Flares - It might be weird, but I really miss flares from Wildlands. never really used them for what they were meant to be (I am not even sure what that was). I used them for iluminating areas or marking the LZ (when playing coop). Mostly just for fun, since it added little extra nice, when my buddy was in the chopper and came to rescue as I marked my small clearing in the middle of the jungle with UNIDAD on my trail. Or to mark area for CAS… you get the drift. In Breakpoint it could be used to similar fashion, or to iluminate areas during nighttime firefights (especially if my before-mentioned NVG idea would go through)
Sell in bulk - you went to great lengths in giving us tons of different sell-able resources - gold nuggets, gems etc. But selling 200 gold nuggets one at a time is extremely tedious. Not that I need money for anything, but you know… just throwing in the idea. Same goes for buying. I should be able to buy 6 mines at once, instead of one at a time.
- Roll up sleeves (not just for shirts but for turtleneck and hoodie for instance)
- Allow to put down the night vision gear without activating it
- Hood on/off
- More capes and long jackets pleeeeeeaaaase I'm a sucker for these
- More unnatural hair and eye colors (blood red, purple, cyan etc.)
- 'One glove' gloves - basically only one glove equipped, it could also be a toggle option for all the gloves
- Three finger gloves
- Elbow pads
- Neck tattoos
- Skull face balaclava
- Shorts and 3/4 pants
Also, some minor cosmetic glitches that really need addressing:
- The thigh pad pants have a strange blood line running down the leg (PC)
- When having certain tattoos, Fingers have a tendency to go black
