Mesh Sniper Veil as a customizable headpiece, as made famous by the Danish Frogmen (It's the one little thing I've always wanted for both this game and Wildlands)
Bump/Fast/ACH helmet with camo netting.
The NVG/Shemagh combo worn by these SAS Soldiers as facewear
Ghost Recon Phantoms Bodark Set
Ghost Recon Phantoms Resistance Sets
Predator team's set from Ghost Recon Future Soldier

— Add a bomb suit and a armored bomb suit
— Armor that covers your arms like the heavy sentinel set but extending down to your arms
— Add armor like some wolf tops have to new armor so it covers your whole upper body
— Add new pant options that have armor on both sides of the upper thighs like Josiah hill has or how the judge pants have

But since I'm guessing you're mad at my callous response which I'll admit was my bad, and I appreciate the amount of effort you put into it, the simple fact is I don't think it would be good for the game based on popular opinion, Terminator was received lukewarmly at best and the raid was extremely poorly, due to a multitude of reasons, but the biggest one was that it clashed with the identity of Ghost Recon, and frankly people buy Ghost Recon for Ghost Recon, meaning a game that's a tactical military shooter, with many people already not considering Breakpoint a Ghost Recon game, A raid themed around the predator would crash and burn putting it lightly.

About A Predator.
Do not put all your eggs in one basket,futurism in the game itself and a separate mode with a predator are still different things.You say the predator is doomed to fail and that's it.You have passed sentence.On the basis of what you make such conclusions.Perhaps many people will like it,it all depends on the developers, the implementation is important.Maybe it can be implemented not only as a shooter, but with tactics and stealth.I don't see a problem.You don't think a predator would be good for the game, I think the opposite.I,all my friends and many players I met,really liked the idea and implementation of the predator mission in Wildlands.I suggest developing and expanding this idea.I don't really like the RAID in its current form,but its model would be perfect for the predator idea.This can be implemented without having to rework the entire system.
About futurism.
One of the previous parts was called, as you remember, Future Soldier - the name speaks for itself.You offer something similar, apparently you really like this part.And I don't like all this futurism with drones-tanks and soldiers of the future in strange costumes.The game immediately loses its seriousness,becomes a kind of childish, perhaps this is just my opinion.
About the tactics.
I think the problem here is positioning.We have what we have.Breakpoint is what it is and in truth it doesn't have a lot of tactics.I don't think you can do anything about it.You suggest that the entire game be reworked or that the next part be made tactical (this is a rhetorical question). I suggest that we diversify and complement what we have here and now.In addition, I do not think that pure tactics will be so much in demand and popular today.I don't mind tactical elements,but if Breakpoint was like ,for example, Ghost Recon Warfighter,I wouldn't buy this game.Ghost Recon balances between the two genres of Action and Stealth and offers a choice.And each player chooses how he likes to play and it is correct.We just look at the same game in different ways, from different angles.I like one thing about her,and you like another, that's all.
