I was in prone camo, convoy passed me, no one saw me. I used a sync drone to take out the driver. Once Convoy was like a good distance away from me I fired the drone. Convoy stopped and everyone was running onto my position while I was still in prone camo.
How they did know where I am?
I think this shouldn't be like that. Convoy escort should spread around and look around in a random way or look for the best places of cover to make an attack on convoy and search those.
Cheers!
add enemy medic who ressurect soldiers once in a while by cooldown
angry dogs who bite you and sniff
random mass chain line searching in forest with flashlights and doggos
APC with enemy soldiers that roaming roads or arriving when help was called
mortar soldier enemy who shoot from his backpack
FLAMETHROWER for both sides
melee qte when melee wolfs
ability to take minigun from those tanky units
flashbangs from enemy grenaders
echotank which shoots with soundwave and dropping you on the ground
randomized enemy groups
enemy retreat for regroop and selfhealing
wounded enemys shoot from pistol
dropped but not dead laying enemys sometimes shoot from weapon or pistol or use grenade when you approach on themself
We need realistic black nights with sliders in the menu to change the length of the day/night time. This would make night raids better because we wouldn't have to worry about the sun rising so fast.
A battery (realistic) length for NVG or TVG.
Attacking too much at night should increase enemy base security and enemy patrols, so players would not abuse this too much.
A wind element when sniping with an indicator showing direction and speed.
Just a couple of suggestions i think would be cool to add. I also know for anyone that doesn't know yet they are releasing AI teammates mid july can't wait can't wait at all anyway on to the features they should add
IMPORTANT
All the AI Teammates voices aside from Fury don't match the correct people the voices are same as wildlands Holt,Midas and weaver this needs fixing asap not immersive at all
-Better walking and various other animations looks like they are sliding on the floor
- for AI teammates make it so they have random generated chat lines in camps and in middle of firefight and just patrolling aurora
-Mod support so that the community can carry on making great content for this game
-Realistic weapon and item weight for example heavy machine guns they are not light and it should show in game so when you use a heavy machine gun you run slower and running with it or walking should be slower and have a animation for it if possible same with backpack depending what you have in it same should apply maybe as they would not be light either depending what was in it haha.
-Free expansion with new enemies and vehicles and a free DLC campaign
- Make it so you can individually give order to your members so for example Vasily as he's a sniper have him in high places and further away from combat and fury as she's stealth make it so you can give her orders to infiltrate silently with your and all that stuff
- Make AI teammates more flushed out to give them life
Great work on bringing back the AI teammates and other things brought in the updates keep it up.
AI teammates order panel, is frustrating!"
having to go into the weapon wheel and then switch to the order wheel is a mess!
it makes it unmanageable to navigate teammates around during combat!!
have tried to see if it is something I can change in settings
but i cant!
It was easier to use the order wheel in wildlands.
Playing on PS4 <--
First of all: thanks.
AI team mates instantly make the game more 'playable' for solo players, who still wanted a challenge and immersion (no HUD, play on 'hard'), but found themselves in impossible situations, trying to clean out camps and sites. "One engagement" gone wrong (after 30 minutes of 'perfect play') ... and I had to start from the beginning.
Yes, the game is way easier now, playing solo, but that was the intention. There are enough customization options to adjust the game to ones liking and I assume a few future patches will address some 'issues'. It is nice to see that the GRB team and producers acknowledge the fact that even though this game was tailored, marketed and meant to be a MMO and COOP experience for the online/multiplayer crowd, there is a still significant number of players who prefer the single player experience. Even though, you cannot 'monetize' these solo players the way you can keep your mp-crowd 'sticky' (gamebiz term) with microtransactions, DLC, events, etc, etc.
Among the new threads and comments about the new team AI, I have read a lot from players about the "Game AI should do this and not that" type of comments. Some of those comments are easier to understand than others. Players express behavior they want to see. Other comments though are just missing what video game NPC Ai can do in a reasonable manor ... and what they cannot do.
Even after 40 years of programming and playing video games, I hesitate to comment on other peoples code - especially, since I have not seen it. Especially, when it comes to "Game AI" and "AI behavior in video games". These subjects are far more complicated than many players realize and while it is easy to see in-game when NPC behavior 'breaks', it is tremendously hard to find the right balance to make NPCs actions believable every second, while having to react to the always unpredictable human player. And some human players act way more unpredictable than others.
Simply, you cannot 'balance' a game for everyone - millions of players.
I find the compromise, the GRW and GRB team have come up with, with their enemy (and now) team AI convincing and practical. It serves it's purpose and allows the human player to experience how an 'ideal coop session' might look like.
Having NPCs following your orders is a powerful addition to the gameplay and player immersion.
I played GRW coop with close friends and clear command structure between us and STILL we would not agree or coordinate always as planned. AI team mates in this game can easily compete with them. And I can ask them to play with me at any time of any day ... unlike my real world friends, who have jobs, children ... a life.
*AI teammates will NOT be detected if player stay stealth even they are right in front of enemy
*AI teammates should have same numbers of player's primary weapon. If player equip one of them NON-silence weapon then player should lose one sync shot.
*Add NO-fast travel in IMMERSIVE MODE as an OPTION for player.
*Let player respawn at abandon house or cabins.
I thought in immersive mode, fast travel should been you popping smoke and the outcasts choppering you to that location. Would make things more realistic.Originally Posted by yoyoyoliang Go to original post
While I’m not a big fan of fast travel in games, it is currently a must in breakpoint as it’s the only way to get my character out of the scenery I get stuck in, without exiting and restarting the game. Hopefully they will fix those bugs though.
