I would love to see the Mac-10 & the Skorpion in Breakpoint. Classed as SMG's not sidearm like they were in Wildlands. It would be awesome to do a side mission for Mads to recover them from his homestead.

    Weapon Mods

Please, please, PLEASE allow immersive mode players the ability to find, earn or otherwise purchase weapons or even BASIC weapon attachments that are currently LOCKED to the Raid.

I’m looking at you, tactical vertical fore grip.

Give us the ability to actually deploy the bipod for sniper rifles and LMG’s. It seems silly having them on there purely for decoration. We could do this in Future Soldier 8 years ago. Why do we not have the ability to do this now?

Flashlights for weapons would be awesome. As would be the return of the metallic weapon paints.

Allow us to customize the buttstocks and magazine well grips, and please put the long barrels back in.

Honestly, if you expanded the gunsmith to allow us to apply any in game customization to the weapons, you could probably do away entirely with the multiple minor variants of the same weapons that clutter the weapon select menu.

If someone wants to put a sniper rifle scope on a shotgun, that’s their problem. But if I want to turn my M4A1 into a Mk.18 by way of attachments and modifications then I’d love to be able to do that.

    [Suggestion]
Could you add the FN-HP Pistol / Browning High-Powered Pistol to Ghost Recon Breakpoint?
That is the exact pistol I want for my Ghost.
    That would be awesome. Thank's.

    Weapons to Add

I’d like to see the following weapons added to the selection in Breakpoint. It’s worth noting that more than a few of these were already in Wildlands.

    Pistols:

Glock 19 (standard issue for much of the armed forces Stateside... seems like a glaring omission)

    Shotguns:

    Mossberg 500
    Remington 870

    Assault Rifles:

    SA-80
    M16A2
556xi (Model seems to be in the game in certain scenes... cut from the game?)

    Sniper Rifles:

    SR-25
    M40A5
    MSR

    SMG:

    Honey Badger

    LMG:

    M249 SAW
    M60E4

    Attachments:

Flashlights (enemies have these, why can’t we?)

Master key shotgun system. (It appears some of the enemies actually have these on their rifles... were they just cut from the game?)

allow us to change barrel length for raid weapons and under barrel attachments. A 14.5 inch barrel for the Koblin and the ability to put a angle foregrip would be really nice. Also for all M4 type assault rifles being able to use different stocks would be nice. Also give the 416 a slight rate of fire increase and let us use a angled fore grip on it. Cause it has nothing going for the rifle right now.

    Subsonic Ammunition

I was reading about factory ammo compared to subsonic ammo. The speed of sound is roughly 1,100 ft/s, so for a round to be subsonic, it has to travel at a speed less than that. Most factory assault rifle ammunition travels at speeds closer to 3,000 ft/s, but in most circumstances you can hear the sound of those rounds breaking the sound barrier, within a large radius, even when the gun is suppressed. With subsonic ammo, sometimes the only sound you can hear is the action of the gun. Big difference. But, using this info for GR, I would say-objectively-that all the guns in the game are using supersonic or factory ammo, and the suppressed gunshots are audible to different extents; Sometimes though, as much as a poof of compressed air. That's about as good as it gets for supersonic rounds.

So, a good way to add more realistic stealth to Ghost Recon would be to add Subsonic Ammunition somehow. It would change how people fundamentally playthrough their missions, because with subsonic ammunition they could actually shoot and kill someone silently.

To clarify, Supersonic rounds shot with a suppressed gun are NOT silent. Subsonic rounds shot with a suppressed gun are nearly silent. That's really the difference. And a stealth Operative would appreciate the difference.

I think It would be a welcome change for SMGs or CQC guns where muzzle velocity is of less importance.

    Thank you.

Its so super easy to do the BIPODS become a useable feature as it can be selected with the Under barrel button Once the bipod is in effect your character is locked in position either proned or crouched on a railing or building, you can only look 45 degrees horizontally and 20 degrees vertically from position of placement and you can deactivate this with the press of the button once again.

Unfortunately Ubisoft to the lazy approach to everything. Anything that could be cut from the game was. Such a shame.

Would love to see things properly added like a working bipod. Why is it the all the old ghost Recon games had more features than the latest?

(Honestly the mini Guns on vehicles aren’t great, an M2 or DShK would be way better vehicle mounted weapons)

I’d actually pay money if these came in some kind of weapon dlc packs. Especially if they actually came with 20+ weapons per pack (like $20-30 per pack).... hopefully that incentivizes the addition of more weapons in the game

Breakpoint still has some big shoes and promises to fill after Wildlands. Recent improvements are a small step in the right direction. Hope this game picks up pace with larger improvements and keeps going for a couple more years at least.
