Same issue still occuring? Almost a year later
Quest 2. Received Game as gift. Two days trying to get it to work...Games and Quest are supposed to be "Fun"
Followed many links to get to this one. Talk of Ubisoft Club but now the mobile app is Ubisoft Connect... so issue is back????
I have facebook account link to an ubisoft login. I have ubisoft connect on my iphone. I just get to same screen as

and then nothing.
Refund and never buy from Ubisoft is sounding really good about now.

Thanks for reaching out about this, crmand - I'm sorry to hear you've had login issues when trying to sign in to Bridge Crew.
We've got a support article for how to activate games on an Oculus Quest - you'll find it here. Can you make sure you've followed its steps?
If it still doesn't work, it'd be useful to have some images showing what happens when you follow the above steps, and try to launch the game. This will allow me to reach out to our teams to investigate this further. Here's our screenshots guide for help with that, although I appreciate that it doesn't share tips for taking screenshots on a Quest - let me know if you'd like assistance with that.
