Far Cry 3 Deluxe Edition Missing DLC & Ubisoft Support not responding
I bought Far Cry 3 Deluxe Edition in Nov End on Steam. I played it for a few hrs but did not find the additional content of Deluxe Edition, think it will unlock later I played more and almost cleared the first island, but still no DLC. So check online only to find the dlc were to unlock within the 1st hr of game.
I raised this issue on Ubisoft support who told me that no dlc is linked to my account. I provided the proof or purchase, the key & ownership folder screenshot to which i was told the issue has been sent to another team. It has been 12 days and i have not heard anything. Every time i ask for an update i am told the issue is raised and will not commit a timeline.
How long do Ubisoft take to respond if they do ??
Should i just try to get a refund from Steam ( i doubt they will give me one considering the time gap & hrs on record) ??
