Assasin's Creed: Brotherhood dropping to 4 fps approximately every four hours played

Hi there, so as you can read in the title my game drops to four fps approximately every four hours played, it doesn't recover and stays at four fps.
I cannot do anything ingame anymore and just have to alt F4 the game to exit it.
When I re-enter the game it stays on 1-4fps. The problem only fixes itself when I completely restart my pc, which is completely unplayable for me.
Game was at first installed on a HDD, but moved it to a SSD as soon as these problems started occuring. Anyone knows how to fix my problems?

Thanks for the help in advance.

If I had to guess, something else is probably activating on your computer after 4 hours of use and eating up your processing and/or graphical capability.

    Hey Swimingmans,

It does sound like something could be draining resources on your PC while you are playing.

Have you created a ticket on our website about this?
