    Question about full block stance

I was reading Black prior description and it says that when he is in full block stance he cant counter guard break .

Is this unique for Black priors full block stance or do Warlord , Valkyrie and Conqueror cant counter guard break too when in full stance ???

That vulnerability applies to every full block stance and that's been the case since late year 1.

In terms of recoveries that's hard to answer since there is different recoveries for being able to cgb, dodge, and have your guard back up for all moves in the game. But if memory serves me right Warlord is currently the fastest overall. Followed by BP in one or two areas. and then conq behind him. I think conq's recovery to dodge or CGB is pretty bad. But I can't recall about his guard. I'm sure Duke would be able to tell you better than me in regards to conq specifically.

It's a little more nuanced than that. There's an enter and an exit delay.
BP's fullblock is faster to enter and it has fastflow options to enter even faster from a block or attack recovery, but it's slower to exit.

Prior's Bulwark enter time is 200ms (0ms if after an light or heavy). Exit time is 400ms.

Conq sits at 400ms enter time and 200ms exit time. He can exit on reaction to the feint smoke, but not to pure guardbreaks.

Warlord's AB startup is also 200ms, while exit time varies. He can block at 0ms (instant), as well as being able to attack and dodge, while recovery for CGB is the slowest of the three, but I'm not sure of the exact number.
