Hi there
First thing you could try is to repair the EAC client.
Go to the directory you installed your game in (depends on the launcher you're using - essentially you want to go to the "For Honor" folder.)
Example for Steam: ...\Steam\steamapps\common\For Honor
Example for UPlay: ...\U-Play\For Honor
Once there, open the EasyAntiCheat folder and doubleclick the EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe
Once this is done, just hit "Repair Service" and wait for a moment.
Should this not work, I suggest checking file integrity (also a procedure that depends on the client you use - will gladly provide instructions for Steam/UPlay if you tell us which one you use
) and maybe even a reinstall - but before that, maybe you could share some more details with us (the potential helpers)? Like, which OS are you using (Windows 10?), which gameclient are you using (Steam? Uplay? Epic?), what other applications are running - stuff like that.
Looking forward to helping a fellow warrior
Have a good one everyone!
edit: just checked a bit around the web - maybe disabling your Antivirus also helps (at least for testing). If your Antivirus software offers a "Gaming" or "Slient" mode, try using that. Looking forward to hearing from you!
