The breach kit visual should be adjusted so that the part of the fence shown as being cut is where the kit is being applied. Shouldn't be too hard as players don't actually control the positioning. I also think it should be usable on all metal fences, as I personally want to use it most on metal fences I can't

And the waiting after melting the fence is too long, the delay to cross should be lowered and they said they were gonna add wirecutters but, still nothing..

Also, not having a door in the fence every 10 feet would probably make it more useful.

Yes...because every military base is full of blind spots to sneak in like on the game (with doors on the walls...for anybody to just use...
Beats the purpose of these tools.
