The double nerf way overshoot it's purpose, even at level 4 for 5 energy it stays a crappy card and not worth to be included in most decks. It's for a good reason Fiufa has him at the bottom tier legendary cards!

Fiufa used Incan before the nerfs. So I think there might be some bias on that opinion.

Also, Fiufa doesn't rank based on different card levels. A level 1 legendary card will always suck, besides the ones with unscaling warcries, but every legendary at level 5 will rock your world... besides maybe CG. Even a level 5 CG is still average.

I couldn't even imagine a level 5 Incan cast on me. The laser would disintegrate anything in it's path.

Wtf is a Fiufa and why should I care about his opinion on what makes a card “tier 1” or “tier 500.76”.

Did he do some deep scientific research with trials and measurements that was peer-reviewed and approved by the FDA and I simply missed the memo?

Good job literally ignoring what others have said how other legendaries are average at 3 and really good at level 4.

Incan is good at level 4. A card doesn’t have to kill multiple units in one hit to be usable, and he’s certainly usable as he is right now.

Also, you do realize that making his ability stronger makes him pretty much like DSR, with NK chip damage on top. I know how much you LOVE DSR.

I absolutely agree. The last nerf was just too much given it’s a legendary. +1.

When a 5-cost legendary level 4, doesnt even kill a 2-cost rare lvl 6 with his warcry, something went wrong. He's only usable again because everyone is using the way overpowered cheap rare cards --> gnomes, swt, aliens, against mystic, he is pretty much useless now, he doesnt even scratch zen, whereas he's supposed to be a counter card against a lame sitting back zen/medusa combo

faced a level 5 slave and a level 4 sizzler AND SMW 3 couldn't break the healing loop.

but on to what I wanted to say... how does MBC 4 compare to Incan 4?

whats this got to do with anything? I'm asking about LIKE FOR LIKE comparisons, as MBC ability is similar to incans once use laser... so you want to compare, compare it with something similar, and I want to know so I can make the freaking choice when I can make it.

and I was making a similar point about other legends not killing things when it should, AS THAT WAS ALSO USED MENTIONED ABOUT INCAN
