So Ubisoft confirmed new armor "this year".

The question now is if they mean 2019 with "this year" or do they mean Year 4?

It's not going to be this year. They said new armour will be in Year 4, also known as next year. Also recognised as the year 2020.

There will be more spikes and skulls on it, these are not reskins.

These are improvments
